The Dr Hip is capable of withstanding hot (not boiling), cold, and freezing temperatures. However, please note that it is not insulated, so it will be hot to the touch when filled with hot liquids. If you decide to freeze your bottle, make sure to leave enough space for the liquid to expand. We recommend not filling beyond 75%.
How do I clean my Dr Hip?
